The Cooling Center is located at First Missionary Baptist Church in their fellowship hall, 32 S. 9th ST., Fernandina Beach, FL. Supplies may be donated at the Cooling Center when it is open, or email NCEWCinfo@gmail.com to make other arrangements. You may also use that email for general questions.
