2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs signup sheet

Important Details:
Minimum age of 16 to work events!!!
All volunteers over age 18 must complete BAR'S or RASP training. Contact Christenna for details and training link.

ONLY ONE NAME can be entered for each volunteer slot.

DRESS CODE: black pants (no leggings, jeans, cargo pants, corduroy pants, stretch or spandex pants allowed), Dark gray CPW t-shirt with CPW logo (tucked in), plain black hat (Hurricanes logo OK for hockey games) or hair net. You may wear a long sleeve black shirt under the t-shirt. Coats and bags are to be stored in Lockers on Mez and should not be brought to the stands.

PNC SECURITY: Volunteers are required to obtain a "General Access" badge at the check-in table. All badges must be returned. Any badges not returned will incur a $5 replacement fee per badge to be taken from the group's commission.

STANDBY slot for each event is to be used when event is full. If there is a cancellation or someone drops from the event, you will be moved to work event and contacted.

MONEY: You are guaranteed a minimum commission for all events: $45 per person or the standard commission, whichever is greater! 5% of the commission is donated to CPW (this is a very small amount!), the rest goes to your fundraiser account.

REMINDER: The mission of the Pop Warner Little Scholars is to enable young people to benefit from participation in team sports and activities in a structured environment. The PWLS Official Rulebook emphasizes that practice and game day participation takes priority over fundraising activities
Please remember for practice sessions or game days, your child must attend the practice/game and cannot show up late or leave early to make it to a fundraising event.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel with minimal notice, you will be asked to help fill your spot. After 3 cancelations you will no longer be allowed to fundraise at PNC for the remainder of the calendar year. If you no show, the same as canning, you will no longer be able to fundraise at PNC for the remainder of the calendar year. We must do this as we are in a financial contract with PNC and can be charged a fee when our parents don't show up.
