Welcome to the 2025 Valley Fiesta Stall Volunteer Sign-Up!
Most stalls have been allocated to specific year levels, but feel free to volunteer for any stall that interests you—regardless of your year level! Please note that we have allocated a 15-minute handover period before each shift as some of these stalls will be quite busy.
As a token of appreciation for your time and effort, all volunteers will receive a thank you voucher to use at our Grape Garden stall.

Overview of Stalls:
- Patty & Snag: Will require people taking payments, cooking and serving food.
- Colour Run: Will required people throwing coloured powder at participants.
- Little Cake Lane: Will require people taking payments and serving food.
- Jibbetz Stall: Will required people taking payments and restocking items.
- Lolly Lob: Will require people taking payments, keeping people in line, monitoring lolly/chocolate levels & replenishing as needed and collecting coins.
- Crazy Hair: Will require people to apply glitter and coloured hairspray and doing simple hair designs.
- Grape Garden: Will require people to serve alcohol and take payments. All volunteers must be over 18 years old.
- Facepainting Stall: Will require someone to take payment and keep people in line. We have Super Stef and her team doing the facepainting.
- Teacher Splash: Will require people to take payment, keep people in line and ensure the next teacher is ready to be splashed.
- Ticketing & Raffle: Will require people to take payment, give out wristbands/ride tickets and raffle tickets.
- Ultimate Soccer Shootout: Will require people to monitor participants, keep kids in line and hand out prizes.
- Stage Assistance: Will require people to ensure the next acts are ready to go.
- Setup: Will work with the Logistics Team to ensure the venue is ready to go. Work can be from setting up tents, moving tables & chairs to stalls, moving BBQs, directing vendors and more.
- Pack Down: Will require people to work with the Logistics Team to pack down the event and have it ready for school the next day.
