Beacon Battle of the Bands - May 13, 2023 signup sheet

Beacon Music’s end-of-year Battle of the Bands is inviting every band to perform and music student to get involved—and they need your help!
The roles and shifts are noted below – Beacon parents & guardians are invited to help support our amazing music program, staff & students:
1) Box office: Selling tickets, admitting people on guest list and keeping an eye on the cash box. Ticket pricing TBA.
2) Concession stand: Setting up and managing a stand to sell bottles of water and snacks. It’s always popular and the pricing is $1/bottle and $1-2 for snacks.
3) Merch table: Toby Williams (toby.williams@bkcm.org) can share more details.
Please arrive 30 minutes early for all volunteers for the first shift (60 minutes for merch). Final shift volunteers, please help with clean up.
