5K and Family Color Run - Race Time Team signup sheet
Please be encouraged to sign up for more than one job duty.
Registration Table: Assist with the registration and race packet pick up with participants. This position requires volunteers to be able to work in a fast paced environment while also being detail oriented. Event Staff will be present to answer any questions and provide support.
Retail Sales: Assist with the selling of various swag items at the retail tent. Event Staff will be present to answer any questions and provide support.
Aid/Water Stations: You will be responsible for supplying runners/walkers with water as planned for the race. Aid/Water Stations will play a vital role in runner/walker safety, encouraging participants, and providing an atmosphere of fun for runner/walkers as they pass through. Feel free to bring pom-poms, horns, music, instruments, signs, etc. to encourage and cheer on runners.
Color Run Chalk Toss: Participate in tossing colored chalk at participants on Running Creek Park. Feel free to bring pom-poms, horns, music, instruments, signs, etc. to encourage and cheer on runners.
Finish Line & Medals: Assist at the finish line by handing out medals to all participants. Feel free to bring pom-poms, horns, music, instruments, signs, etc. to encourage and cheer on runners.
Tear Down Crew: Work with the Event Staff to receive tasks at the end of the event. Duties may include but are not limited to: equipment, tent, table, game tear-down, do heavy lifting, and pick up trash.
