Stone Lodge Monitor
Refresh snacks Tidy up & keep an eye on bathroom supplies Ensure only people w/appropriate wristbands are in the lodge

VIP Tent Monitor
Ensure only people w/appropriate wristbands are in the tent

Cooling Tent Monitor Ensure only people w/appropriate wristbands are in tent

VIP Section Monitor & VIP Overflow Section Monitor
Ensure only people w/appropriate wristbands enter area

Trash Can Monitor
Keep an eye on the trash cans.

Gate Monitor: Morgan & Pylant
Give directions on where people can park

Directions: Gin & Pylant
You'll be telling people that they can park further down on Pylant or where Mary's pkwy is at or just general information about the event. Feel free to bring your golf cart to sit on.

Directions: Mary's Pkwy & Howard Rd
You'll be sitting at Mary's Pkwy & Howard Rd. Feel free to bring a golf cart to sit on.

Parking: Library
You’ll get the parking started on Pylant and show people where to park until the street is full.

Parking: Mary's Pkwy
This person will start parking golf carts on Mary's pkwy and show golf carts w/vip parking passes where to park

Shuttle (w/own golf cart)
Please bring your own golf cart and help shuttle people from downtown to the lake either via Pylant or Howard Road
