Biannual Well‑being Expo at Flamingo Crossings signup sheet
Volunteers will help set up and staff VSC’s outreach table, distribute resources and giveaways, and engage attendees in conversations about VSC services.
Volunteer Arrival: Early enough to be fully set up by 9:45 a.m.
Event Time: 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Location: Apprentice Hall at Flamingo Crossings Village East, 13335 Hartzog Road, Winter Garden, FL 33897
Parking: Visitor parking is available in the East visitor lot at the front of the property.
Event Notes: The organizer will provide a table, chairs, and a tabletop sign. Registered volunteers’ names and phone numbers must be provided to the organizer in advance for property access.
