Pack & Move Working Bee signup sheet
In preparation for the major renovation works on the main building in 2027, we need your assistance for this Working Bee to de-clutter, clear out and re-locate or dispose of items in storage areas and classrooms. Most of the time will be spent indoors as we work through the storage areas and rooms. If you can only spare one or two hours, we will be glad of your assistance.
While this is a family event, parents must supervise their children at all times and are responsible for their safety and behavior. There will be sharp tools and heavy items being carried which may create hazards. For your protection, wear long sleeves, sturdy shoes and long pants. Gloves, dust masks, some safety glasses and wheelbarrows will be provided by the school but families can bring their own if they would prefer. Some tasks would be easier with the use of hand trolleys but the owners must be the only ones to use them and to take responsibility for their use.
Snacks, water and light refreshments will be available for volunteers.
Meet us at the table next to the canteen where you will receive induction training, your assigned task and to sign in for house points.
The sign-in sheet has shift times outlined but if you are unable to help for the allotted or full time, we are still very grateful for any assistance and time that you can provide.
