Division Reps make sure the classroom is connected by gathering parent contact info (ideally during meet the teacher after the meet the teacher BBQ). These parents and guardians share with the rest of the parents about field trips, classroom events and other non instructional items that support and build the school community. Communication with other parents will be using Whatsap and email. The time commitment is low and the fulfillment is high.
