A World A'Fair, April 30th - May 4 2025 signup sheet

If you would like your volunteer ticket and/or parking voucher early, you may pick it up April 30th from Eileen R. at the DLT building in the basement. Volunteer Passes will be held at Will Call - under Germany - then your Name. ***SPECIAL NOTICE TO ALL WORKERS - STATE LAW. NO DRINKING OF ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WHILE ON DUTY*** Greene County will have on duty police officers spot checking all weekend along with the DIFI ethics committee. Thank you for your cooperation!
DLT & DIFI Guidelines for Food workers:
- You must wear hat, bandana, or hairnet and your hair can't be past your shoulders. If it is then it needs to be put up.
- Wash hands with soap and water BEFORE putting gloves on.
- Change gloves every hour
- Wash your hands and put on new gloves after smoking, touching your cell phone, using a restroom and after touching any non-food item e.g trash, money, or containers.
- If you wear an apron, please remove it before exiting booth for any reason.
- No eating or drinking on the food line. Drinks are permitted on the food line if they are kept under the table and are in a cup with a lid.
DLT & DIFI Guidlines for Beverage Servers:
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your shift starts.
- Wrist Bands are required to serve and drink alcohol. No Wristband = No Service
- No Samples are to be given away. DIFI will fine our booth if anyone does so.
- Tips are not allowed. DIFI will fine our booth for any tips accepted.
- Do not sell to people who appear to be intoxicated. refer to Debbie V., Eileen R., or Ken K. if more guidance is needed.
- No drinking alcohol while working or in the bar section, you may drink water or soda if it is in a cup with a lid.
- No eating food in the booth.
