Fall Carnival Event Chair - contact Ms. Rodriguez about event, organize event, Order 10 pizzas 2 days or more ahead of time at Village Pizza cut into 8ths-they deliver, ask them to invoice PTA, contact and organize volunteers, supervise entire event and fill-in where needed

Purchase food for event, (Buy: 1 large container of large pickles individually wrapped (Shamrock foods carries them), bring ice chests with ice for water and sodas at 5:30, purchase 1 each of sprite, Dr. Pepper and coke, 2 cases costco water, 1 box of variety chips in small bags, at Costco and turn in receipt to Treasurer Lynn Knight for reimbursement
