Kits to Heart signup sheet
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Kits to Heart! Your support will help bring smiles and solidarity to those affected by cancer. Volunteers are invited to our location in Clarksville, MD (NOT Clarksburg) to help package and assemble our thoughtfully designed, curated cancer care kits that are distributed to patients and caregivers nationwide. Sessions are limited to 6 volunteers.
After your preferred time slot is selected, we will confirm details closer to the event date via email. Slots fill up quickly, so PLEASE let us know if you are no longer able to make it, so we can allow others to sign up! Out of respect for the kit assembly process, if a volunteer has signed up and canceled more than 2 sessions without 48-hour notice, the volunteer will be removed from any future sign-ups.

🚨 NOTE: New dates open up on the first Sunday of each month after 8 PM ET for ONLY THE FOLLOWING MONTH. Please have each attendee register using their own name and email so we can accurately estimate attendance and send calendar invitations accordingly. Any duplicate registrations under the same name will be cancelled.
