Float Barn Help (Painting, Building, Decorating)

Waterfront set-up (Assist with decorating, setting up fencing, chairs etc)

Vendor Coordinator

Checking in vendors (Assist with directing vendors)

Parade Maintenance (Bringing banners, info booth and signage to waterfront from the float bard)

Friday Night VIP (Set up and Clean Up)

Division Leaders 15 (Need to be able to walk the parade, Give direction and line up groups in order of the line up. Keep the parade moving and tightly in line ) Saturday 7am-2pm

Float Drivers

Spotters for each float 48 (Need to be able to walk the parade. Directing float drivers of when to stop and go and keep people away from the floats ) Saturday 7am-2pm

Bus parking at the Boat Ramp

Information booths (Provide direction to parade participants)

Division Leader for horses (Help direct units with horses to place in line up)

Division Leader for cars ((Help direct units with horses to place in line up)

Banner Carriers (Carry Sponsor Banners in the parade)

Parade Security (Assist security team. Screening will be required)

Pooper Scooper (Scoop up after horses. scoops and wheeled barrels provided)

Children's Pavilion (Assist children with games and crafts)

Beer and Wine Garden (selling tickets, manning doors, trash clean up)

Historic Village Vendor Greeter (Greet and direct units and place signage)

Historic Village Clean up (assist with clean up of event area and warming tent)

Set up and servers for VIP Hospitality pavilion

Clean up VIP Hospitality Tent during and after the parade

Clean up of waterfront area after events

Drum and Bugle Corps Concert Security (Man doors during the Saturday night concert Memorial Hall)

Drum and Bugle Corps Concert Ticket takers and direction from front door (Memorial Hall)

Take down of event (remove all signage and AHTC owned property from waterfront)
