North Peace Performing Arts Music Festival 2025 signup sheet

Welcome to the Volunteer Sign Up Page!!
We are so thankful to have you volunteer your time with us, as we no how little each of us has! I am going to give a brief outline of the positions that need to be filled, and we will also be hosting a volunteer training session this year!

Door Marshall - This person welcomes everyone to the venue. They will be selling the programs and accepting donations as well. They monitor entry into the venue, as no entry is allowed during performances or adjudications.
Music Marshall - This person is going to collect the music from the performers as they come in, and mark them as present for the session. They will arrange the music in order of performance, and when all of the music is collected, they will bring it to the adjudicator secretary.
Adjudicator Secretary - This person is the adjudicator's assistant. You will be announcing the performers and their pieces to the audience, handing the adjudicator the music for each performance, and then recording their marks in our binder. Having neat writing is important as well, as you will be writing on the certificates (just a tiny bit).
Venue Host - This is a speaking role. You will address the audience, letting them know everything they need to know about the rules and expectations. You will welcome them to the session and also bid them farewell at the end of the session. Everything you need to announce will be provided to you.

They are all very easy roles and there will be a festival team member there to help if you have any questions.
