Federal Election BBQ and Bake Sale Fundraiser - Saturday 3rd May 2025 signup sheet

Thanks for offering to help! We're looking for volunteers to assist at our stall and donate items for sale.

On election day, we’ll have three 2-hour shifts, each requiring two BBQ chefs and several servers.

We also need donations of baked goods and drinks. You'll receive details the week before on when and where to drop them off. For those donating baked goods, we’ll send you a shared form one week prior for you to nominate what you’re bringing, helping us ensure a good variety for the cake stall.
