Federal Election BBQ and Bake Sale Fundraiser - Saturday 3rd May 2025 signup sheet

Thanks for offering to help! We're looking for volunteers to assist at our stall and donate items for sale.

On election day, we’ll have three 2-hour shifts, each requiring two BBQ chefs and several servers. We also need donations of baked goods and drinks.

DONATION DROP-OFFS
Please drop off drink donations at Admin anytime between 8:00am and 4:00pm this week. There will be a labelled basket for you to place them in.

Bake Sale Items can be delivered either:
• Friday afternoon between 2:00pm and 4:00pm to the meeting room in Admin, or
• Saturday morning directly to the stall between 7:30am and 8:00am.
