Provide visitors information about the Club and trail system and assist staff with rental distribution when it gets busy.
1. Let paid staff do their job, (cash and distributing and distributing and collecting equipment especially when it is not busy.) Only step up to assist once all paid staff are engaged and dealing with guests to help streamline the process.
2. Otherwise, man the Club Information Table and engage guests and members. There should be two tables to the right of the fire place, one for Jack Rabbits on Sundays and one for the Club Information Table.
3. 8:30 Team set up and 4:30 team take down Club Information display which should be located in the Storage Room ( big, white rectangular box with posters) and yellow information folder in the bottom drawer of metal cabinet (ask Staff):
* educate members of Volunteer opportunities, See pages from yellow folder.
* provide links to Volunteer sign up sheets, (Yellow folder)
* share suggested trails to guests and new members, (Yellow folder)
*remind members to sign in using their registration card each time they arrive and leave the property.
4. On Sunday afternoons, assist Jack Rabbit Administrator by helping students with their equipment and assist where needed.
5. Highschool students looking to fulfill Community Volunteer hours, may also consider Volunteering.
