The “miracle” of Christmas can be seen on the faces of families who come to us each holiday season. You can see the joy of a little boy holding his first toy truck or a little girl hugging the doll for which she has silently prayed each night. You can see the smile of a single mother who proudly serves a traditional Christmas dinner to her family. It is only with the help of our thousands of volunteers and donors that we are able to perform these miracles for families living in McHenry County who might otherwise not be able to experience the joy of Christmas.
