HRSS P&C HAWAIIAN LUAU DISCO signup sheet
Our Hawaiian Luau Disco is just around the corner and we need your help to make it happen!
We’re looking for volunteers to assist with:
• Setup
• General support on the night, including front door, serving food and supervising out-of-bounds areas
• Cleaning and pack down at the end of the night
If you would like to stay at the disco with your child because they are feeling uncertain, you must register in advance as a volunteer floater and hold a valid Blue Card that has been linked to the P&C prior to the event. Due to Blue Card requirements, parents and carers who have not registered as volunteers will not be able to remain at the venue during the disco.
Important: All volunteers are required to hold a valid Blue Card. Volunteer Blue Cards are free to apply for and the application process is straightforward.
