Olde English Volunteer/Food/Equipment Needs signup sheet

Olde English Competition- Saturday, Oct. 19. Friday evening set-up- Oct. 18.
RHHS performs at 4:40pm. NWHS performs at 9:15pm.
Equipment- Please make sure you mark any personal equipment used for this event with your name and the school your student attends. Any items left behind at the end of the event will be sent to the designated school for later pickup.
Position descriptions-
Volunteer check-in: Welcome, thank, and check in volunteers, provide direction to work station.
On Call Floaters: helps w last minute errands or tasks, fill in person.
Gate Admission- collects cash payment or scans online tickets. Each spectator will be given an arm band for entry/re-entry.
Band Registration- Welcome band directors, check their band in, provide information packet that includes arm bands for directors, students, chaperones.
Bus Parking Attendants- Guide buses to proper parking after they check in at registration.
Home/Visitors concessions- Provide direction for students running the concession stand.
Advance Order Organizer- package advance orders and deliver to designated bands.
Hospitality Coordinator- provide guidance & direction as items are dropped off for Director & Volunteer Hospitality.
Directors' Hospitality- Welcome directors, keep resources well stocked, and area tidy.
Volunteers' Hospitality- Welcome directors, keep resources well stocked, and area tidy.
Air Grams- Collect payment for air grams, ensure student volunteers deliver air grams to the press box in proper time for announcements.
50/50 Raffle, Bake Sale- Sell tickets for raffle & baked goods (cash only).
Warm-Up Water Station- Coordinate students that prepare cups of water for band members as they leave the area. Keep are tidy.
Field Exit Water Station- Coordinate students that prepare cups of water for band members as they leave the area. Keep are tidy.
Band Entrance Gate Keeper- Open & close gates for bands to enter the field at their performance time.
Band Exit Gate Keeper- Open & close gates when bands exit the field.
