🎶 Concert Volunteer Sign-Up Information 🎶
We need your help to make our choir concerts a smooth and memorable experience for everyone!
Each concert requires a team of dedicated parent and family volunteers to help with everything from ticket sales to ushering. Your support ensures our students can shine on stage while guests enjoy a welcoming and organized event.
Volunteer Opportunities Include:
Ticket Sales – Sell tickets at the door
Ticket Scanner - Scan tickets at the door (will need a cell phone and email with directions will be sent prior to the event)
Greeter – Welcome guests & help guests find seats; distribute programs
Concessions – Set up, sell, and clean up concessions
Set-up/Clean-up Crew – Assist before and after the concert with chairs, decorations, etc.
If this is your first time volunteering, we’ll make sure you know exactly what to do — no experience necessary!
