Pre sale volunteer Sign up for Thrifty Treasures Market

This form is for all volunteer opportunities in the week leading up to actual SALE DAY on May 30,
Please be sure to check the times that you are signing up for.
PRE SALE VOLUNTEERS:
SET UP: Help to set up tables, pull donations from downstairs if necessary and various small tasks
RECEIVERS : take items as they come in and work with SORTERS - Keep boxes aside for closing pack up and check on garbage's - garbage in one bag/recycle in blue bags.
SORTERS : Test electronics to be sure they work, unpack/sort jewellery, unpack and hang clothing, determine item placements.
COFFEE: Make coffee and organize any snacks for volunteers working.
SNACK PROVIDERS: provide snacks for volunteers during set up and day of the sale. Please have snacks to the church by 930 each morning ( Wed
Sat)
BAKING: Please indicate if you will be bringing any baked goods for the bake table and include whether nut free or gluten free when you drop off on Friday
PRICING: Items that fall outside of the common pricing system like Bake Sale goods, Furniture, Antiques and vintage items.
DRIVERS: These folk will take loads of items to either the Eco Center or to Find - perhaps 3 of 4 trips.
PICK UP OPTION? If some folk do not have a vehicle or cannot get their items to the church would you be able to assist with this?

On each task you will see these letters: H - Heavy work - lifting, carrying, fast paced tasks
S - indicates standing, any task that requires you to be casually mobile
Sit - task where you are sitting or where sitting is possible

As large numbers are required for the Bake Table and for the Snacks, sign up sheets will be available at church .
