FVHDA Open Championship (Premier Dancers in the Theater) Saturday April 25, 2026 signup sheet

AM Dancers: 15 & Under

AM Door: Collect entrance fees (from 7:45am - start of morning dancing)
AM Numbers: Give out Championship numbers (8:00am - start of morning dancing)
AM Lineup: Lineup dancers for their dances in the theater. (from 8:45am - end of morning dancing)
AM Runner: Collect the judges sheets from theater and bring them to the scrutineers (from 9:00am - end of morning dancing)
AM Platform Signs: Adjust signs in the theater (9:00 - end of morning dancing)
AM Awards: Hand out awards for morning Championship (once morning dancing is completed)

PM Dancers: 16 and over

PM Door: Collect entrance fees (from 11:15am - start of afternoon dancing)
PM Lineup: Lineup dancers for their dances in the theater. (from 12:15pm - end of afternoon dancing)
PM Runner: Collect the judges sheets from theater and bring them to the scrutineers (from 12:30pm - end of afternoon dancing)
PM Platform Signs: Adjust signs in the theater (12:30 - end of afternoon dancing)
PM Awards: Hand out awards for morning Championship (once afternoon dancing is completed)
