We're so excited for another great Band Camp, and we need your help to make it a success! Band Camp will run on the following dates this year:
July 29 - Aug 2: 8am - 12pm (week 1)
Aug 5 - Aug 9: 8am -5pm (week 2)
During full-day camp in week 2, Music Boosters provides lunch. We kindly request 1) donations of fruit; and 2) parent volunteers to help feed our hungry kids! Volunteers help with setting up and serving lunch to students from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm.
Donations of fruit: Drop off fruit at 11:30am at the lunch tables outside of cafeteria. Popular fruit options in the past have been Cuties (~10 lbs), watermelon (one, sliced), strawberries (~4 lbs, washed), grapes (~5 lbs, washed), etc.
We would especially appreciate if you are able to volunteer as the lunch lead on 8/5, 8/6, 8/7, 8/8, or 8/9. The main job of the lunch lead is to pick-up and deliver the food to the school. When you sign up, please be sure to leave an email/phone # that you check regularly. Music Boosters will be in touch to coordinate on details and provide you with the paperwork for pickup (we pre-pay the order). Any help is greatly appreciated, for one day or more!
IMPORTANT: If you sign up, but your plans change, please email sphsmusicboosters@gmail.com as soon as possible. Hungry kids will be counting on you!
