2025 Rehearsal - Friday June 6th signup sheet
Volunteer for the rehearsal to help out instructors run a smooth and on-time evening of dance practice.
Note: As the dressing rooms will not be used for changing on this evening, Dance Dad's may volunteer too
Roles:
Student Check-in / Pick-up: Signing students in and communications to parents pick-up procedures, double checking who is picking the child up (ie.car-pooling arrangements, grandparent picking up)
Costume Steaming / Prep - Steaming tutus and hanging costumes to prepare for Saturday
Backstage Prep - Stocking each room with supplies. Organizing the Dancer area with class signs, chairs and yoga mats
Class Parent - 1 parent from each level Primary / Novice / Junior to sit with the classes in the theatre seats until they are called to line-up. Supervising students with snacks or washroom trips to the dressing room
**We do required a Vulnerable Sector Check for volunteers in Backstage roles with our students. If you require a Volunteer letter, please contact the studio.
