Damascus Placemaking Festival Weekend signup sheet
Thank you for your interest in helping to make the Damascus Placemaking Festival a success! Volunteers like you are essential to making this event run smoothly. On the festival days, volunteers will assist with setup, operations, and cleanup. Tasks may include setting up tents, managing parking, helping vendors, and providing information to festival attendees.
The festival will take place on Saturday, October 19 from 1 to 6 pm and on Sunday, October 20 from 10 am to 2 pm
Students seeking SSL hours can only volunteer for sessions outside of school hours **Minimum age: 14
Each volunteer team will be led by a member of the Festival Team. One week prior to the festival, a map, parking details, and check-in information will be sent to you via the email provided during sign-up.
You may sign up for multiple shifts to help as much as you’d like!
