Our Coordination Team to date for this event is Nathan Barton, Sue Suchocki, Jackie Paul, Sandra Knight and Amanda Lowe who are asking you to support the MacGregor State School P&C in creating the Disco Night and Eat Street Food Stalls social event to be enjoyed by your children with family, friends, and school community members!
The P & C are calling on all parents, families, and supporters of MSS to lend a hand as either a Team Leader which requires some coordination and prior commitment, or a Team Member before or during the event who will support the Team Leader in picking up supplies/ingredients, ticketing, setting up and lighting of the event, decorating and signage, gathering donations, food preparation, cooking, selling and serving delicious treats, supervising the entry and exits and the 'disco dancers', and ensuring a smooth pack-up at the end of the event.
If you are not available to help at the event, ask the coordinators what help is needed earlier in the day or in the days/weeks prior to the Disco and Eat Street Food Stalls in preparation for a successful night. Add your child/ren year level to help us team you up with others. Please contact coordinators for more information at macgregorfundraising@gmail.com
Your participation as a family in helping out for some/all of the time in just one of these tasks or a P & C event during 2025 is crucial in assisting students to reach their educational and social needs, inclusive school and local community commitments, and fundraising goals identified in the strategic funding plan developed in collaboration with the school administration and the P & C that is supported by the funds raised by the P & C Uniform Shop, Tuckshop, and MOSHC, along with the P & C fundraising committee's efforts for the benefit of your children and all families throughout their years at MacGregor State School.
