Great News! Our Volunteer Base continues to expand. Chad has volunteered to join Megan and Mike as part of the Organizing Committee, helping to lighten the load.



PRE-EVENT PREP: Saturday January 31, 2026 the Operations Building in the lower parking lot at 4:30 to ?
*Gather, organize equipment and load on trailer/truck.
Sunday February 1, 2026 at Mono Centre 754483 Mono Centre Road to:
*Transport the equipment from Monora Park to Mono Community Centre
*Set up event. Tables should be out but chairs will need to be moved from outdoor storage to the Club's assigned spot
*Crew for outdoor Ski Experience plus help with distribution of equipment
*Seeking Ski instructors to provide a basic lesson.
*Seeking several youth or energetic adult with cross country ski experience to demonstrate getting up after a fall and how to put on and take off skis. Acquire some of your Highschool Volunteer hours!
*Possibly help with Cider distribution.
*Outdoor Team rotates into the Community Centre to man indoor Outreach Table and get warm.
*Load the trailer/truck and return to the Operations Building to unload.
