*Sunday February 4, 2024 Mono Winterfest Sunday signup sheet

Great News! Our Volunteer Base continues to expand. Two families stepped up last year and worked with mentors to be co-organizers.
We are looking for one more person or family to join the organizing Lead team and assist in managing the Volunteer team during the Event.

Saturday February 3, 2024 the Operations Building in the lower parking lot at 4:30 to ?:
*Gather, organize equipment and load on trailer/truck.
Sunday February 4, 2024 at Mono Centre 754483 Mono Centre Road to:
*Transport the equipment from Monora Park to Mono Community Centre
*Set up event, tables should be out but chairs will need to be moved from outdoor storage to the Club's assigned spot
*Staff outdoor Ski Experience and help with distribution of equipment
*Seeking several youth or energetic adult with cross country ski experience to demonstrate getting up after a fall and how to put on and take off skis. Acquire some of your Highschool Volunteer hours!
*Possibly help with Cider distribution.
*Outdoor Team rotates into the Community Centre to man indoor Outreach Table and get warm
*Load the trailer/truck and return to the Operations Building to unload.
