REMINDERS:
> Please remember to notify Volunteer Coordinator (Davina Joy) if you have to take yourself off a event at least 24hrs in advance.
> Notify Production Supervisor working day of event via text if unable to arrive on time or for emergencies.
> If you cannot make your shift, PLEASE 1st refer to the schedule. If there are any names on the schedule in either of the backup spots, Please contact those persons first (slot 1 should get asked first. And if they are not available, then ask slot 2). Please also let the Volunteer Manager (Davina Joy) aware of the change.
