We encourage all club members, as well as family and friends, to sign up for one or more volunteer slots for the Wagon Wheel Excel Competition. Please remember that club members are required to volunteer at least 4 hours between July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 as part of their membership. Volunteer hours earned by family and friends can be counted toward your volunteer hour requirement for the 2024-2025 membership year.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your shift to allow time to sign in at the registration table, pick up volunteer credentials, and prepare for your shift. At the end of your shift, please sign out and turn in your volunteer credentials at the registration table.
We appreciate your flexibility and commitment. If there are any changes to the schedule, you will be notified via email.
