May 24, 2025 Volunteering | QH Food Pantry signup sheet

The Quartz Hill Food Pantry will be running a food distribution on Saturday from 8:00 am - 4:30PM, hosted at **5035 W. Ave L-12, Office A, Quartz Hill.**

We need volunteers to prep boxes of food, hygiene products, cards, toys, etc. going out to around 70-100 families. We also need volunteer delivery team drivers (must have your drivers license for at least a year) to drop off the boxes at the doorsteps of families who signed up for deliveries. Your help is appreciated. Service hours will be verified, and you will receive a digital certificate recognizing your efforts.

Volunteering Guidelines:
• Show compassion and respect for others
• Be flexible in a team environment
• Volunteers 12 years & older can volunteer on their own
• Volunteers 11 years & under must be accompanied by 16 years older or older.

Recommended:
- Bring sunscreen and a hat
- Wear long pants/sleeves and closed-toe shoes.

By signing up here, you (if under 18 your Guardian/Parent gives permission) are hereby agree to participate in the Youth-Led Quartz Hill Food Pantry’s Distribution; assuming all risks, both known and unknown. By signing up here, you are acknowledging that we are not liable including but not limited to injuries, damages, lost of property, etc.

You (if under 18, your Guardian/Parent gives permission) hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Youth-Led Quartz Hill Food Pantry, its agents, employees, officers, or volunteers from any and all liability for any injury, death, or damages to the Participant's person or property, whether caused by the negligence of the provider or otherwise.


Photo/Video Release: Please note at this volunteering event photo/video will be taken, by signing up here you, if under 18 your Guardian/Parent gives permission for your photo to be taken and used by the Youth-Led Quartz Hill Food Pantry.

Please send us an email if you find out that you no longer will be available. We can remove you from the timeslot so that others can sign up.
