Volunteer signup sheet
The 2024 UQ Cycle Club in association with AusCycling Qld are organising an additional race weekend in Gatton to replace the cancelled (hopefully only for 2024!!) Cunningham Classic.
This race weekend will be the final round of racing for the 2024 QRTS and QCRS.
Registration will be located in Lake Apex Park, on Dennis Minson Dr in Gatton and the race start will be a short distance away on Brooking Dr.
UQ Cycle Club requires volunteers to assist with the running of the bike races:
Event Set Up/Pack up - erect/dismantle marquees at Start/ Finish line, registration desk etc, set up/dismantle presentation area, install/collect cycling specific signage around the course and surrounding roads, etc..
Registration Desk - rider sign on, hand out numbers etc
Race Support Vehicles - Each race requires (as a minimum) the following support vehicles: Lead car, Spares and Sag wagon, driver/vehicle for First Aid personnel.
