BPB March Packing Nights signup sheet
Thank you for volunteering to help us pack bags! We pack from 7:00-8:00 pm at 96 Werz Industrial Blvd. If you are signing up for a group, please make sure to sign up EACH INDIVIDUAL PERSON so that Backpack Buddies can keep accurate records of volunteers. The sign up sheet is for middle school aged children through adults, but please feel free to bring your younger children along to help.
We are incredibly blessed to have so many people wanting to serve each year. In order to allow everyone an opportunity, please only choose TWO DATES each semester for your group. If you are unable to fulfill all the spots you have committed to, please let us know one week in advance in order to allow other volunteers an opportunity to come help. This will also ensure we have adequate help the night of packing.
If you need to cancel or change your day to help, please contact Nicole McNutt at nmcnutt.bpb@gmail.com to help make those changes as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for serving with us!
