2026 Volunteer Sign Up Sheet

Please sign up for as many shifts as you can. We have 2 Information Tables which will require 2 volunteers PER table, PER shift each of the FOUR days of the festival.

We’ll also need a few volunteers to help with parade signage and stage setup for the parade. Stage set up does involve some heavy lifting, so we’re looking for volunteers who feel comfortable with physical tasks.

Additionally, we may need help in other areas. PLEASE add your email under credits, it's important that I have emails so I can send a mass email.

For safety measures, we would like volunteers to leave in pairs or ask one of the Directors or Police Officers to escort you to your cars. You can call me anytime to walk you to your car or pick-up location. My cell number is 714-271-5134.
