Relocation Tasks for Volunteers at 234 E. Caribbean Drive signup sheet

Please sign up for tasks you would like to help with at 234 E. CARIBBEAN DRIVE.

Tasks will be added continuously, so please check back often.

=> Once you have completed a task or if you have questions, suggestions or comments at any point, please reach out to me, Robin, via slack or email (robin.salafia@makernexus.org).

The goal with this list and the brief notes provided is to try to track what is getting done/still needs to get done as well as make the tasks as clear and straightforward as possible. However, there are many tasks that need to be done in a very short amount of time, and this process may not always run smoothly. Information may be incomplete, needed supplies may not be immediately available at the site of the task, and requirements and instructions are subject to change mid-task (yep, it could happen, sorry). If unsure about anything at any point, please use your best judgement, or ask me, Eric, Regina or a staff member. If you have a better approach for a task, go for it.

Some tasks may not need as many volunteers helping as slots allocated. Other tasks may need more volunteers to accomplish than slots provided. More slots can be added (just let me know) or feel free to just go ahead and seek out addition help as needed.

Unless a specific date is provided, there may be leeway in timing of task completion--just there is so much to get done in a tremendously short period of time.

If you are not a current member of Maker Nexus and have not volunteered with us before, please be sure you fill out a waiver form before you begin.

EVERYONE, please sign in/out on the volunteer sheets at the front desk, noting the task(s) you are helping with (this will also help us track things).

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR VOLUNTEERING!!! This relocation would not be possible without your help!
