Volunteers are the heart and soul of the Brookfield Show, and we need your help to create an unforgettable experience for all our visitors. By volunteering, you’ll be part of something truly special, connecting with fellow volunteers while making a lasting impact. Together, let's create cherished memories at this year’s Brookfield Show 2025!
As a volunteer, you'll receive FREE ENTRY to the Brookfield Show – enjoy all the fun before or after your shift!
Volunteering opportunities include:
• Thursday Equestrian Float Parking Spaces Set Outs Thursday 9am to 1pm
• Early Morning Parking Setup with Equestrian Floats Friday, Saturday 6am to 9:30am.
• Competition Pavillion Support: Help our Stewards in areas such as Art, Cookery, Dogs, Horses, Photography, Horticulture, Woodwork, Brookfield’s Got Talent, Children’s Art and many more.
• Show Office Inquiry Desk: Assist attendees with directions, lost property, and general inquiries
What We Need:
Due to the nature of the event, volunteers must be adaptable and ready to assist in different roles as needed. A positive attitude and the ability to communicate confidently with visitors are key qualities we’re looking for.
