The Knox Family Foundation is proud to launch the “Pop-Up Pantry Challenge”, a community-based initiative aimed at addressing food insecurity in the Chicagoland area. With food deserts and rising costs creating barriers to healthy eating for many families, this project will provide immediate access to fresh food while equipping residents with the skills and knowledge to create affordable, nutritious meals.
