Group Leader/Roving Volunteer: welcome participants joining your group from the registration process, asking questions about nature and playing simple engaging games such as Simone Says or Eye Spy (with nature theme); lead group to activity stations when directed by Nature Alberta staff. Depending on level of attendance, this may be change to a Roving Volunteer role whereby you roam throughout the event, offering assistance to families and education station volunteers as required. This could include picking up litter, getting extra supplies for an education station, or pointing a family to the direction of onsite facilities.
