Brookline Timing Assistant Table - 2026 signup sheet
Thank you for volunteering! All money raised is split between the Brookline and Milford Conservation Commissions to help support trail maintenance and accessibility.
The Brookline Timing Assistant Table is located near the timing tent at Camp Tevya, 1 Mason Road in Brookline. Check in with the volunteers at the Timing Assistant Table when you arrive, and allow a little extra time before your shift for parking.
Timing Assistants help the timer keep track of who has finished and who is out on the course, provide motivation for runners to go out for another loop, see what runners may need and if we can provide that help, and hand out finisher mementos. Also, as 100 milers finish, help the RD recognize the finishers with spikes and other items.

Children ages 12 through 17 may volunteer when accompanied by a parent who is volunteering at the same location and during the same shift. Please note: while we love babies and pets, do not bring them with you to your volunteer shift so you can give your full focus to the runners. Thank you for your understanding.
