Ordination of Kyle M. Belmont signup sheet

Thank you for helping with the ordination service of Kyle M. Belmont on Sunday, May 31, 2026! Here are some of the ways you can help.

Usher/Greeter: Hand out orders of service and help direct people to seating. Two greeters will be outside to help direct people into the church.
Parking Assistance: As the FCB church parking lot fills up, direct any cars coming into the lot to other parking locations.
Reception Set Up - Tables/Chairs (FCB folks): Before the service, set up tables and chairs in the parish hall. Set up items for reception like bowls, spoons, and cups.
Reception Set Up - Food/Beverages: As the service is concluding with the recessional hymn, head to the kitchen and grab ice cream and drinks to put in the parish hall.
Ice Cream Scooper - Scoop ice cream into bowls for folks attending reception. Leave quickly from service into reception.
Dish Cleaner - Gather any used dishes that need to be washed and run through sanitizer.
Reception Clean Up (FPW folks): As reception winds down, gather table cloths into one pile, put tables and chairs away, bring any used dishes to dish cleaners.

The service starts at 4 pm and is expected to end at 5:30 pm or shortly thereafter. The reception will be intentionally short to last up to an hour after the service.
