Party in the Pocket Park - Saturday, September 13 from 12 to 4 pm - corner of San Francisco & Bethel Streets NE in Olympia signup sheet

We are looking for volunteers to help out at NE Olympia's first Party in the Pocket Park to celebrate what makes our great neck of the woods so special!

We already have a core group of volunteers for each of the activities listed below. And we need more neighbors to help so everyone feels welcome and can fully participate.

If the volunteer opportunity you're interested in is already full, or if you you don't have a preference for where you help, please consider signing up as a roamer, and we'll find a job for you. And please consider signing up for more than one shift, and more than one activity.

Of course, right now we don't know how many people will attend, so we may need more or fewer volunteers than we estimated we might need for a particular activity the day of the event. So, don't be surprised when you arrived if we ask you to consider another job, or if we tell you that we've got it covered, and we don't need your help.

Tents needed! We are also looking for 10ft by 10ft or larger tents. The number we'll need will depend on the weather. If you have a tent to share, we'll be in touch with you as we get closer to the day of the event, about whether or not we need your tent. If we do, we'll make arrangements with you us to pick up or for you to drop off your a day or two before the event.
