The Good Neighbor Health Fair signup sheet
Join us for a day of free health screenings, wellness, and community connection—because every neighbor deserves care! We believe everyone deserves access to the resources needed for a healthy life. That’s why we’re bringing together leading health professionals and community organizations to provide FREE essential services and education in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Below are descriptions of volunteer roles:
Friday Setup Shift: Helps to unload and arrange tables, chairs, spaces, and signage.
Saturday Setup Shift: Prepares the space so vendors, participants, and staff can operate safely and efficiently.
Guest Services / Ushering: Welcome attendees, support registration, direct guests, and manage lines to ensure smooth traffic flow.
Hospitality: Set up and distribute food and drinks for volunteers and the VIP area.
Floaters: Provide flexible support by assisting vendors, helping with parking, and responding to needs as they arise.
Clean Up Volunteer: Stays after the event to break down booths, load equipment, remove trash, and return the space to its original condition.
