Beaux Esprits Playschool Casino Volunteer Sign Up

Our casino is August 29/30 (Monday and Tuesday) at the Starlight Casino in West Edmonton Mall, #2710, 8882 170 St NW
Please take careful note of the days and times: there are multiple shifts over the 2 days.

- if you can work a shift each day, it must be the same position. (Example, you cannot be a cashier on August 29 and a chip runner on August 30).
- snack and meal breaks are scheduled into the shift, and a meal allowance is included for each volunteer to have meals and snacks
- dress attire is business casual (jeans are fine, but clean with no holes)
- volunteers are not required to have any previous casino experience for any of the positions; training is done on site at the start of each shift.
- Key positions (General Manager, Alt General Manager, Banker, Count Room Supervisor, Cashier) must be filled by June 29, 2022. Key position volunteers do need to watch a short online webinar before participating. Key positions will be contacted by the casino chair to fill in a volunteer application.
- you are welcome to bring your own beverage (no alcohol), but pop, water, juice, coffee and tea will be available
- bring a book, magazines, knitting, etc for slow times; phones are permitted and WIFI is available
- volunteers are not allowed to consume alcohol or marijuana while on shift; no gambling at the casino for the two days of our event
