2026 Six-Parish Picnic Sign-Up
Volunteer for the August 9th, 2026 Six-Parish Picnic between Immaculate Conception, Nativity of the Lord, Sacred Heart of Jesus, St. Augustine, St. Paul, and St. Veronica! Here are the roles and what's expected:
-Set-Up: Help set-up tables, food, tents, drinks, and other supplies. We may shift the time so that people will still be able to attend the mass at Nativity
-Facilitation: Check people in during the picnic, refill food and drinks as needed, and help facilitate activities as needed
-Parking: Guide people on the proper parking procedures and help with handicap transfers
-Clean-Up: Tear down tables, chair, food, etc and return park to original condition
-Dessert: Sign up for our dessert contest! Note, due to limited refrigeration space, it must not require refrigeration
