2025/2026 Nipper Parent Liaisons signup sheet
We’re looking for one enthusiastic parent per age group to step into the role of Nipper Parent Liaison for the season!
This is a fantastic way to get involved, build community, and support our juniors—without needing to be in the surf!
What you'll do:
✅ Be the main contact for your age group’s parents
🗞 Share weekly updates on Sunday mornings
📱 Help manage the WhatsApp group
🎉 Organise one family event per season
🍔 Oversee Canteen & Workforce volunteers
👀 Keep an eye on junior-related issues
What you’ll need:
✔ Be a Nipper parent
✔ Hold a current Blue Card
✔ Complete CYRMS child safety training
✔ Be friendly, organised, and a great communicator
🚫 This role is not suitable for current Age Managers or Water Safety personnel
