Junior Sports Carnival - Thurs 25 June signup sheet
We are seeking volunteers to help assemble Pre-Orders meals for Junior Sports Carnival.
All orders need to be completed and ready for pick up from Year 6 students for delivery by 10:45am.
Junior Sports Carnival Thursday 25 June.
- Cooking hot dog sausages
- Warming hot dog buns
- Adding cheese and/ condiments to hot dogs
- Assembling pre-orders as per order forms
- Dedicated GF Server
- Dishes and clean up of kitchen area
- Stocktake counting and recording products left at end of day
Even if you can volunteer for an hour it will be a huge help.
If there is a specific task you can/ cannot do, do not help to notify us.
Please arrive to the office and sign in as a volunteer then head to the tuckshop.
We ask you to please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete a quick induction and be given instructions.
