2022 MidWinter Revels Backstage Screening Station signup sheet

Volunteers will staff the Backstage Screening Station. Tasks will consist of implementing the Performance Protocol pertaining to daily attestation. Responsibilities will include checking lists and asking volunteers, cast, and crew three questions regarding their COVID status. These tasks are subject to change should it be necessary to revise our protocol procedures. On a two show day, the table will be busier for the first show than for the second show because we will only need to screen volunteers who are coming in for the second show. Everyone else already will have been screened for the first show.

Screening Station volunteers will have a criminal background check completed as part of our Youth Protection Policy. Revels Staff will contact you by email to complete this paperwork.

Arrival time for this job is 2.5 hours before. The shift will be over just before the start of the show.

We will do our best to find you a seat in the theater to watch the show when you complete your shift. If a seat is not available, you may stand in the back.

COVID protocol can change quickly based on the current numbers and data from local health officials.
