2024 Bay County Fair YOUTH Sign Up

All Youth Exhibitors are required to work 1 shift (2 hours). Beginners are exempt (age 7 & under as of January 1). Failure to volunteer will result in loss of premiums. DO NOT sign up in a time slot you will be showing in!!! Please note that this year there are time slots open for Groups/Clubs this is intended for groups with SMALLER Youth (ages 8-10) to have adult supervision. Youth OVER THE AGE OF 10., You must sign up for an Individual Time Slot NOT as part of the Club. The Leader will sign up under their club name with their contact info. The leader's responsible for ensuring all youth in the group have completed the 2-hour requirement.
Please sign up for multiple shifts if possible. We will sign volunteer hour cards for High School Volunteer Hours.

If you do not show up for your shift, your absence may result in losing ALL your premiums. Please check in with Colett for your shift (or parents can text a picture of the child doing their shift to Colett 989-289-0390 please include child's name and their duty in the text).
