March 2024 (Winter #3) signup sheet
Morning Dancing Approximately 9:00 - 12:00 Afternoon Dancing Approximately 12:30 - 3:00
All shift times to be confirmed at the close of entries.
Door - Take admission fee and sell programs (~2-3 hrs)
Numbers - Check for current RSOBHD registration cards and distribute competitor numbers. Complete temporary cards and forms (~1hr)
Platform Signs - Change stage signs during the competition (~3hrs)
Line Up - Arrange dancers in correct order and assist them to platform (~3hrs)
Awards - Distribute medals/awards (~30 mins)
Runner - Take the judge’s scoring sheets after the end of each category to the scoring area (~3hrs)
Cleanup - Taking down tables, signs, cleaning, etc. Ensuring venue has no garbage, recycling, or lost items left (~30min - 1 hour)
