Join us at the Esopus Library on Sunday, February 8 between 12:45-3:30pm to join our outreach team or deepen your knowledge in this hands on workshop. This workshop is designed to deepen the knowledge and skills of existing outreach volunteers but also to welcome volunteers new to tabling with us. Each spring, summer and fall our Ambassadors across the Hudson Valley visit farmers markets and festivals engaging with their community.

Tabling at community events is one of the most important way Riverkeeper gets the word out about threats to the river, volunteer programs and how people can help.

We need you to join us to learn about 2 key threats to the Hudson: sewage pollution and crude oil spills. You will learn how to communicate these issues to the general public and how to catalyze them to take action.

Snacks and hot beverages will be provided.
