Don’t just attend the San Jose Fountain Blues & Brews Festival — become a part of it!

We’re looking for reliable, hard-working, and fun-loving individuals to join our incredible volunteer team. As the longest-running blues festival in Northern California, run entirely by an all-volunteer board-no one gets paid. We rely on volunteers because this is a labor of love, not profit & our volunteers make the magic happen.

Volunteering is a fantastic way to meet new friends, enjoy live music, and soak in the vibrant festival atmosphere. Volunteers receive a complimentary lunch (on Saturday & Sunday-no meals served on Friday), two complimenttary drink coupons, a complimentary G/A ticket (to use or give to family/friend)— plus, you’ll get a free Fountain Blues T-shirt!

We truly appreciate all of our volunteers, especially those who return year after year, bringing their experience and passion. Without you, this festival simply wouldn’t be possible.

T-SHIRT SELECTION: After choosing your shift, scroll down to select your t-shirt size.

In order to make the volunteer check-in process easier, we asked that you arrive 30 minutes before your shift begins. Follow the "Volunteer Check-In" signs. It is important that you arrive on time so that everyone is settled at their volunteer post for the start of their shift. Please note that parking around the park is limited, so please plan ahead.
*Sign-up sheet is just a "request" as we may need to move volunteers around the day of the festival - so we can not guarantee that you will be in the position you signed up for. However, if you are signing up with a "buddy", we definitely can keep you together!
