Don’t just attend the San Jose Fountain Blues & Brews Festival — become a part of it!

We’re looking for reliable, hard-working, and fun-loving individuals to join our incredible volunteer team. As the longest-running blues festival in Northern California, we rely on the dedication and enthusiasm of our volunteers to make the magic happen.

Volunteering is a fantastic way to meet new friends, enjoy live music, and soak in the vibrant festival atmosphere. Volunteers receive a complimentary lunch, free drink coupon, free admission t the show on the day you volunteer— plus, you’ll get a free festival T-shirt and become part of the show!

We truly appreciate all of our volunteers, especially those who return year after year, bringing their experience and passion. Without you, this festival simply wouldn’t be possible.

In order to make the volunteer check-in process easier, we asked that you arrive 30 minutes before your shift begins. Follow the "Volunteer Check-In" signs. It is important that you arrive on time so that everyone is settled at their volunteer post for the start of their shift. Please note that parking around the park is limited, so please plan ahead.
